2025年5月10日，菲律宾国家警察刑事侦查组（CIDG）在执行全国打击非法行医与欺诈行为的专项行动中，于马卡蒂市Yakal街马卡蒂塔楼2号的Vera美容诊所突袭并逮捕两名越南籍嫌疑人。

案件详情：

• 嫌疑人身份：

• “Doc Ana”

• “Le Thi”

（均为越南籍）

• 违法行为：

• 在未取得专业监管委员会（PRC）执照及卫生部（DOH）许可的情况下，擅自进行唇部填充与整形手术

• 宣称为医生，进行各类医疗及美学手术，甚至开处方用药

• 涉嫌违反《1959年医学法》（Republic Act No. 2382）——非法行医罪

CIDG称，这次行动系响应警察总长罗梅尔·马比尔（PGEN Rommel Francisco D. Marbil）提升打击犯罪效率的指令。

CIDG 局长 PMGen Torre III 指出：“非法行医严重威胁公众健康与生命安全，这次行动及时遏制了可能发生的医疗事故与健康危机。”他同时呼吁公众积极举报各类非法医疗行为：
