英国近期爆出一起跨国洗钱大案。一名在伦敦大举购置房产的“神秘富商”，被查出实为中国通缉在逃人员，其名下高达85套房产已被当局全部冻结。

据英国执法部门披露，该男子为40岁的中国籍人士苏江波（音译），此前涉嫌在中国从事非法赌场、诈骗及网络犯罪活动，已被中国法院列为通缉对象。

调查显示，苏江波通过取得加勒比国家“投资入籍”（俗称“黄金护照”），以外国身份在英国设立公司，并自2023年9月起，在伦敦多个地区疯狂购入房产，其中包括市中心一处价值高达1300万美元的顶层豪宅。

然而，就在其大规模购房期间，中国福建法院已于2023年9月发布通缉令，将其列为在逃嫌犯，涉及非法赌博、诈骗等多项罪名。

英国方面随后展开资金来源调查。英国皇家检察院于今年3月24日正式认定其资产为“来源不明财富”，并依据相关法律冻结其名下房产，总价值约8100万英镑。

报道指出，英国近年来持续加强对利用伦敦房地产市场进行洗钱的打击力度，此案被视为典型案例，显示跨国执法合作正不断深化。

目前，涉案人员尚未就相关指控作出回应，案件仍在进一步调查中。
