据菲律宾移民局（BI）发布最新通告，Express Lane Fee（快速通道费）将在7月正式上调，由原来的500P涨至1,000P，比原标准翻了一倍。这项费用适用于：

• 办理ECC离境清关证明

• 9G等工作签证的续签、转签、降签

• 旅游或依亲签证的延期与身份更改申请

• 所有申请加急处理服务的签证类别

调整背后，为什么涨价？

根据移民局文件原文，此次涨价是为了反映比索通胀与运营成本上涨；系统升级、数字化转型、线上服务平台建设投入；保持移民窗口处理速度与服务质量。

该费用标准自2000年起未曾调整，此次调价已通过费用审议委员会（RFC）与董事会批准，并正式进入执行阶段。
